Recipe: Smoothies
Smoothies: I freeze the yogurt recipe above in ice cube trays for smoothies. We add whatever fruit we have but strawberries and bananas are our favorite. I also put about ΒΌ cup of frozen spinach or kale, apple juice, and sometimes a little bit of raw sugar or maple syrup, though they are usually sweet enough without it.
