Recipe: Homemade Granola

Granola: Combine: ¼ cup honey or maple syrup, ¼ oil, 3 cups rolled oats (not quick oats), ½ cup wheat germ, ½ cup sunflower seeds, ½ cup nuts (optional), ½ teaspoon cinnamon in a large bowl. Spread on a high edged cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes, stirring after 10. Store in air tight container.
