Recipe: Humus

Humus: 1 can chickpeas, drained,1/4 cup tahini,1/3 cup lemon juice,1/3 cup water,2 TB olive oil,1 tsp salt,1/2 tsp cumin,1 garlic clove,1/8 tsp cayenne pepper. Blend in a blender or food processor.
